In a crowded recruiting space, SquarePeg's website needed to do real work — not just look good. I designed it to earn trust quickly and convert visitors into demo requests, with every decision grounded in CRO strategy.
I worked closely with the SquarePeg team through every stage — from early wireframes to high-fidelity designs — making sure the site didn't just look sharp, but actually spoke to their target audience.
With designs finalized, I developed the site in Webflow, creating responsive layouts and scalable components that made the site easy for the team to maintain and expand.
Before launch, the site was tested across devices and browsers to ensure responsive layouts, smooth interactions, and reliable performance.
Once the build was done, I trained the SquarePeg team on their CMS so they could manage the site independently — and kept a support channel open for anything that came up after.

I made integrated many sections and pages of SquarePeg’s website with Webflows CMS since the team wanted to manage their content.
With our all of the motion graphics that we used down the landing page, it was important that I dialed in load speed.
Since launch, SquarePeg has closed a $3.5M seed round led by Next Frontier Capital, grown their company data coverage from 3 million to over 17 million records, and expanded ATS integrations to 13 platforms — all while shipping a full v2.0 of their product. The marketing site needed to keep pace with that momentum, and the updated landing page and blog gave their team a scalable foundation to grow into.
